Don’t be nervous. You’re in good hands.

Your First Appointment:

During your first appointment, it will take about 20-30 minutes depending on your specific situation. We will begin with discussing your medical history and then proceed to a physical exam, where I will use orthopedic tests to determine the cause of your issues. These tests involve simple and non-invasive maneuvers to evaluate certain areas of the spine and provide valuable information about your condition. After the exam, if necessary, I will conduct an X-ray in the office to examine your spine and ensure that it is safe to perform adjustments. This will help us understand exactly what is happening. Typically, I will perform adjustments at the end of the visit unless further examination of the exam or X-rays is required.

The woman has short hair, earrings, and is wearing a gray top. There is a sign on the table behind the man with the text: 'It’s A Great Day To Get Adjusted'. The room has a brick wall and wooden flooring.

Your Second Appointment:

During the second appointment, we will review the exam and x-ray results, if they were done. By the end of this appointment, I will have developed a personalized treatment plan for your condition to help you feel better. Please note that the plan may change based on your response to treatment, ranging from just a couple of adjustments to a longer treatment involving several sessions. After discussing the plan, we will proceed with another adjustment.
